French open doubles event on Sunday 1st June

This Sunday is our French Open tournament.  We will play doubles matches with long rallies but not quite the bounce of the clay courts at Roland Garros. You can play in set pairs or we can pair you with someone on the day. It will take place on Sunday 1st June 10.00-12.00.

The numbers are capped at 16 (Get in quick before all the spaces are gone!), and the charge is £15.00. However it is free with code CPSLAM25.

Charity Event Thursday 12th June

Andy Aitken from Wantage Tennis Club will be walking for 25 hours across the county to local and smaller Tennis clubs, raising awareness and Walking in the shoes of those with disabilities. 

All being well, he hopes to be visiting Blewbury Tennis Club at Midday and will be playing some Wheelchair Tennis with Lucy Henman. He will experience first-hand what it is like to play a disadvantaged sport through wearing visually impaired goggles, ear defenders, limiting knee movement and playing tennis in a wheelchair.

This is in aid of the Tim Henman Foundation.
